If you are applying to work or study in China, or if someone else travelling with you shares the same passport, or if you are applying for a visa in a country or territory other than the country of your current nationality, you should fill out the Supplementary Visa Application Form (Form V.2011B).

중국 취업비자 또는 학생비자를 신청하시는 분, 자녀등 본인의 여권을 기재된 동반자가 있으신 분, 여권상 국적과 다른 나라에서 중국비자를 신청하시는 분께서 Form V.2011A와 같이 작성하셔야 하는 양식입니다. 한국여권을 가지고 미국에서 중국비자를 신청하시는 분은 이 양식도 반드시 작성하셔야 합니다.
